Legal and privacy
Short, because the site does very little with your data.
Who runs this site
Operated personally by Leonard Irimia, GDPR data controller for this site. Based in Europe. Contact: contact@leonardirimia.com.
IDEM Universal Works is a brand, not yet a registered company. It will be registered after the first sales, and its full details published here then.
This site sells nothing. Each project sells on its own site, under its own terms.
What this site does not do
- No cookies.
- No analytics, no tracking, no advertising.
- No forms: nothing you type is sent anywhere.
- No outside services: the fonts and every file are served from this site itself.
What does happen
- Hosting. The site is hosted by Hostinger. Like any web host, its servers can record technical data of each visit, such as the IP address and the page asked for, to keep the site running and secure.
- Your own view. The drawing at /os/ remembers the view you chose (layout and filters). The Overview on the home page remembers where you moved its cards. Both are kept in your own browser only (local storage). That is never sent anywhere. Clear your browser data to remove it.
- Email. Mail to this address is handled by Hostinger. If you write to me, I use your address and your message only to reply.
Your rights
You can ask what I hold about you, and ask me to correct or delete it: write to contact@leonardirimia.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
Links and affiliate
Links to other sites open those sites, under their own rules. The home page and the About page each carry one affiliate link to the RoboNuggets community on Skool: I earn a commission if you join through it.
